The problem

Antler's platform serves founders and investors across its global programmes. Hub 2.0 needed core features delivered on schedule, while repeated patterns across the codebase were slowing the team down.

What I did

Built core functionality for the Hub 2.0 platform rollout with Next.js, React, GraphQL and PostgreSQL.
Wrote the team's code guidelines and introduced an RFC process for significant changes.
Led a refactor around shared, reusable components, cutting the targeted areas of the codebase by 25%.
Mentored three junior developers through code review, pairing and design discussions.
